We fiew friends want to trade collectively with our combined investment to save brokerage fees and to use collective expertise.How we can do so legally?Some one knowledgeable on this forum may kindly guide or suggest source.Thanks

Go to the website of the american association of individual investors. They offer excellent information for the individual investor and they will help you form an investment club.
