There Zillion’s of Company on the subject are popping up & ripping of millions of peoples Specially seniors by calming quick rich trading systems ,any guide lines to separate bad apples from good apples any one watching these guys before peoples loose every thing and hit the homeless shelter

First assumption;
If it involves "futures day trading"…. this should only be looked at by very experienced, seasoned investors and traders. The only reason these people should look at it is because;
A. They are willing to lose 100% of their investment in a very short time.
B. They want some diversification over what they’re already doing. Understand the 100% loss risk (or more). Are putting a very small portion of their trading capital into this.
C. Understand there is no such thing as a "conservative" approach to day trading futures.
D. People that put in more than 2% of all their assets into systems like this are setting themselves up for failure.
E. There are trade magazines that usually attract a more knowledgeable client. Futures Magazine, SFO etc are good examples of this.
